Address and access

Four gates on the southern and eastern sides are open to pedestrians. The other gates are not recommended as visitor entrances.

Public transport

U7 trains stop at Friedhof Westhausen station east of the grounds; bus route 60 serves Theodor-Fischer-Weg north of the cemetery. Check your connection and any service changes on the day of travel.

Parking

A free public car park is located along the northern boundary. Use of the other parking areas by cemetery visitors is unclear, so plan to use the northern car park.

• Southern pedestrian entrance: Pedestrian entrance on the southern side.
• South-eastern pedestrian entrance: Pedestrian and bicycle entrance on the eastern side.
• Central eastern pedestrian entrance: Pedestrian and bicycle entrance on the eastern side near the ceremonial hall.
• North-eastern pedestrian entrance: Pedestrian and bicycle entrance in the north-eastern section.
• Ceremonial hall: Building centre of the ceremonial hall completed in 1960.
• Italian military cemetery: Area centre of the distinct memorial section within Westhausen Cemetery.
• Car park by the northern boundary: Area centre of the free public surface car park.
• Friedhof Westhausen underground station: U7 stop east of the cemetery.
• Theodor-Fischer-Weg bus stop: Stop for bus route 60 north of the cemetery.
